Du kommer att få arbeta med verktyg för strukturerat problemlösande\, utföra analyser av komplexa frågeställningar\, lösa case-scenarion samt öva på att utforma och framföra effektiva presentationer. Programmet är mångfacetterat och innehåller en omfattande introduktion till EY och våra olika avdelningar inom Consulting. Detta kommer att ge dig en omfattande förståelse för vår organisation och den roll vi spelar i konsultbranschen. Våra medarbetare och ledare deltar löpande under programmet och presenterar sina specialområden\, erfarenheter och ger exempel från intressanta uppdrag som vi genomför ute hos våra kunder. \nProgrammet inleds och avslutas med gemensamma event där du får möjlighet till kunskapsutbyte. Du får även möjligheten att bygga nätverk som kan påverka hela din karriär\, med oss såväl som med andra studenter. Du får samtidigt möjlighet till personliga samtal under programmet med våra konsulter som kan berätta mer om hur det är att arbeta som managementkonsult på en av marknadens mest attraktiva arbetsplatser. \nVi söker dig som:\nÄr nyfiken på yrket som managementkonsult \nGillar att arbeta i ett högt tempo och är en lyhörd lagspelare \nHar en förmåga och intresse att bygga relationer med kollegor såväl som kunder \nHar en stark analytisk förmåga och gillar att lösa komplexa problem \nHar en fallenhet för att hantera förändring och inte rädd att ta dig an nya utmaningar \nUpplägg\nTid: Kvällstid\, sex tillfällen under april – maj. \nPlats: Två tillfällen digitalt och fyra tillfällen i EY:s lokaler på Hamngatan 26\, Stockholm \nAnsök nu\nÄr du intresserad och tar examen under 2025 är du välkommen att ansöka genom att bifoga CV\, motivationsbrev samt universitetsbetyg.
