Alsinco Partners is an M&A & Strategy advisory firm for entrepreneurs, with focus on the wider tech and consumer sectors. Leveraging our experience from leading investment banks and management consultancies such as McKinsey and Houlihan Lokey, we work at the intersection of strategic advisory and transaction execution. A unique combination, which means our team gets involved earlier, thinks broader, and carries more responsibility per person than a typical advisory boutique.
This isn’t a standard internship. We’re a small, tight-knit, fast-moving team building something new, and we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of that build.

The role
You’ll work directly alongside the senior team on live client mandates spanning both strategy engagements and M&A transactions, primarily for entrepreneurial tech and consumer companies. Expect real ownership from day one.
- Pitches & marketing – help prepare pitches and marketing materials, including sector research and analysis
- Sector coverage – independent research and analysis of companies to support new business generation
- Transaction & strategy documentation – support the preparation of investment memorandums, investor presentations, strategy deliverables and financial models
- M&A process support – involvement in due diligence, information requests, management interactions etc.
- Direct client & team exposure – close collaboration with a small senior team, with visibility into how deals and strategy work actually get done
What we’re looking for
- A student or recent graduate who is driven, ambitious and excited to help build something from a relatively early stage
- At least one prior internship within IB, PE or Strategy, so you already have the technical foundation (financial statement analysis, basic valuation – DCF, comparables, precedent transactions)
- Excellent academic track record, ideally in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering or another quantitative field
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- An entrepreneurial mindset, high energy, and comfort taking on responsibility in a small team
Practical details
- Fall 2026 internship, starting as soon as possible and running through December
- Full-time preferred, open to discussing part-time for the right candidate
- Strong potential for a full-time offer after the internship
