Rettig – Investment Analyst Intern

Rettig is seeking highly motivated Investment Analyst Interns to join our investment team in Stockholm starting in May 2025, with flexible opportunities available during H2 2025.

Rettig is a family-owned investment company dedicated to creating long-term value across generations. Our investment strategy focuses on both listed and private assets, aiming to generate attractive, over-the-cycle returns while maintaining an appropriate risk level in the portfolio. A cornerstone in our investment strategy is the ambition to cooperate with professional and likeminded partners and co-investors. Rettig is controlled by the 9th generation of the von Rettig family. We are active in Private Market Investments (e.g. Private Equity fund and co-investments), Listed Core Investments (value creation through active ownership in publicly traded companies) as well as Liquid Investments (liquid equity- or equity like investment exposure). Rettig’s Stockholmoffice will be located in new premises at Strandvägen 7 when the internship starts in May.

Qualifications and Expectations:

  • Support Private Market Investments, focusing on Venture Capital and Private Equity fund
    investments and co-investments
  • Assist in investment analysis and decision-making, preparing investment memos, and
    materials for Rettig’s management team and board
  • Monitor portfolio investments and contribute to performance reporting
  • Start date: May 2025 (minimum 4-month commitment)
  • Flexibility: Working hours can be adjusted based on candidate’s availability, with a minimum
    commitment of 20 working hours per week on average
  • Analytical skills: Strong ability to conduct financial and strategic analysis
  • Communication: Clear and concise presentation skills
  • Interest in investments: Genuine enthusiasm for Venture Capital and Private Equity
