Investment Banking Internship – Stockholm based (August to December 2026)

As an intern you will be integrated into the dedicated Stockholm based Nordic corporate finance team in a front-office role with exposure to key clients and wider teams within the bank, offering excellent opportunities for growing and developing M&A and banking skills.
Principal accountabilities of the Intern:
The intern will contribute to the origination and execution of Nordic M&A and ECM transactions including;
- Assistance in preparation of marketing pitches in full co-ordination with industry groups and local teams around the world
- Assistance in the execution of M&A mandates (buy side or sell side): process organization, assistance in financial analysis and presentation materials, and creation of transaction support documents
The ideal candidate should have:
- Candidates should be in their first or second year of a master program
- Strong understanding of Corporate Finance, ideally gained from previous work experience
- Strong analytical skills and academic track-record
- High work capacity and stress tolerance
- Fluency in English and one Nordic language
