ABOUT THE POSITION
As an Investment Intern at Altor, you will become an integral part of Altor’s investment team. The job will provide you with a steep learning curve through exposure to a wide range of work tasks, including:

  • Researching and evaluating potential investment opportunities
  • Supporting deal teams with analysis work on acquisitions or divestments of companies where you will attend meetings with investment banks, consulting firms and other advisors
  • Supporting deal teams in various strategic projects and related analyses together with Altor portfolio companies
  • Perform accounting and commercial analysis such as benchmarking and industry & competitor analysis

WHO SHOULD APPLY?
We are primarily looking for students in the third year of the BSc program, in the MSc program or in one of the last three years of a 5-year program.

You ideally have experience from a previous internship at a Private Equity firm, investment bank, or consulting firm. In addition, you have the following characteristics:

  • Strong technical skills (financial statement analysis, valuation, modelling etc.), detailed oriented and good analytical skills
  • You have commercial understanding and great interest in investing and developingcompanies – As a person you are proactive, energetic, self-driven and a team player
  • Fluent in English and ideally proficient in Nordic languages (not required)
