EY Corporate Finance is a leading advisor to companies, entrepreneurs, and investors in M&A and capital raises in the mid-market segment. EY’s Technology Corporate Finance team specializes in advising different actors in the technology sector, e.g., B2B software, data and information services, cybersecurity, and computer gaming. We are a growing team of 20 people in Sweden, with a global team of 200+ people in 30+ countries. We are looking for driven individuals with an interest in Investment banking/Corporate finance/M&A who want to grow and develop within our team. The work takes place in a challenging and developing environment with assignments that require close attention to detail and an ability to handle heavy workloads.
We are looking for analysts and interns for EY’s Technology Corporate Finance team – one of Sweden’s most active M&A advisors in the tech sector.
We currently offer:
Internship during the fall of 2024 and spring of 2025 for 10-20 weeks
Analyst positions starting in August 2024 or January 2025
