Aspira Partners is a newly established and fast-growing private equity firm based in Stockholm. We are excited to offer new Investment Analyst positions in our team, starting in the fall of 2025 (duration flexible). The position is a full-time commitment, but we offer some flexibility during e.g. exam periods and other study-related commitments. As a lean team with short decision paths this is an opportunity for a student that is looking to take on great responsibility early on in their career.
The Opportunity:
At Aspira Partners, you will be part of the entire investment lifecycle, from deal sourcing and deal execution to working with portfolio companies. As an Investment Analyst at Aspira, you will play a crucial role in our team, taking on significant responsibilities and contributing to our success.
Examples of tasks include:
▪ Performing analysis of financial and industry data
▪ Creating financial models, presentations, and investment decision materials
▪ Being part of internal and external discussions and meetings
▪ Contributing to portfolio company development
Ideal Profile:
The ideal candidate is a creative thinker and business minded individual with high ambition and willingness to learn. Ideally, you will also have:
▪ Previous work experience at an investment company, investment bank, or management consulting firm would be preferred
▪ Proficiency in Excel
▪ Strong teamwork and communication skills
▪ Fluent in English and Swedish
