Role description
As a Strategy & M&A analyst, you will play an important role in this exciting phase of the Antilop Group journey. You will work hand-in-hand with the investment team of Antilop and the management team of the portfolio companies, with the objective of improving and growing the business. In addition, you will assist in driving the M&A agenda, including sourcing and executing on potential add-on acquisitions.This is a unique opportunity to see the inside of both management consulting and private equity, while working closely with the founding team in a fast-paced environment. This experience will provide you with a strong skill set to pursue future opportunities in consulting, private equity, investing, banking, or entrepreneurship. The founders are also dedicated to fostering professional growth and will provide mentorship and access to networks in Sweden.
Example responsibilities
• Work hand-in-hand with Founders and investment team of Antilop Group and management of portfolio company
• Develop and implement strategic growth plans for portfolio company, including the 200-day value creation plan
• Identify and source potential add-on acquisition opportunities
• Support the full investment process, including business analysis, company valuation, financial modeling, and transaction execution
• Create investment materials for equity investors and financial institutions

Requirements
• Top-tier university student (minimum 3rd-year, Master’s preferred)
• Prior experience in investment banking, consulting, or private equity
• Strong analytical ability and high level of intellectual curiosity
• Clear and concise communication skills
• Fluency in Swedish
