About the job

We offer 10-16 weeks in September to December 2026 paid internship at a private equity firm, where you will be part of our investment team focusing on transactions in Sweden and other Nordic countries.

You will be involved in acquisition and sales processes where you will participate in evaluating business cases as well as in the development of business plans and business development of new and existing projects. You will work with senior and experienced team members and get the opportunity to meet with property owners, banks, and other counterparties as well. As a part of the team you will gain experience in:

  • Financial modeling of investment opportunities.
  • Participate in preparations of decision material for the investment committee.
  • Participate in DD processes prior to property acquisitions.
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly reports for the funds.
  • Production of data and analysis supporting strategic business plans, acquisitions, and divestment strategies.

Who are you?

  • You are a student in your 3rd to 5th year in studies within finance, business administration, engineering, real estate or equivalent.
  • You are analytical, curious and have a business-oriented mindset.
  • You are a team player with problem solving skills and a genuine interest in private equity.  
  • You thrive in an entrepreneurial, high paced environment where your ideas and thoughts are valued.
  • You have a good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing, both in Swedish and in English.

Capital Formation Internship

About the job

We offer 10-24 weeks in May to June and September to December 2026 paid internship at a private equity firm, where you will be part of our capital formation team focusing on investor realtions and strategic transactions.

You will be involved in capital raising and investor relations activities, supporting fundraising processes as well as ongoing communication and relationship management with existing and prospective investors. You will also contribute to strategic transactions, such as co-investments and secondary deals. You will work closely with senior and experienced team members and gain exposure to investors and other key stakeholders. As part of the team, you will gain experience in:

  • Participating in due diligence processes related to fundraising and strategic transactions
  • Producing data and analysis to support capital planning and fundraising strategy.
  • Supporting fundraising processes, including the preparation of investor presentations.
  • Financial modeling and performance analysis to support capital raising initiatives.
  • Coordinating investor communications and responding to investor inquiries.
